Welcome to our #pottyadventures Instagram community roundup week 53. This is the place to get your fix of outdoor family fun and find other inspirational families to follow. Do check out our featured accounts as they’re packed full of bucket list destinations and great activity ideas. If they look like your kind of family, give them a follow. As always, all you have to do is include the hashtag #pottyadventures on your Instagram photos for a chance to be featured.

We’ve had a good week here at Potty Adventures HQ. The weather has been pretty grim, the nights have drawn right in and, as we all gear up towards the festive period, we seem to have less and less time.  That said, we’ve still had plenty of outdoor time.  As our available time has been dwindling we’ve been content to stay pretty close to home over the last week.  We are genuinely lucky to have some lovely local walks so we can’t complain too much.  Consequently, my favourite photo from our family collection this week is this one from our early morning ‘golden hour’ walk to a local forest trail…

Four Featured Favourites

Back to the #pottyadventures Instagram community roundup and, as ever, we have an awesome collection of images. The first of our featured favourites was hashtagged by @familywanderers .  Taken at the awe-inspiring Great Barrier Reef, Australia, this is one family adventure that is firmly on our bucket list.

The second of our featured favourites takes us from the warmth of the Great Barrier Reef to the cold of a snow day.  Judging by the look on that face I’m pretty sure this little one was having an awesome time.  Thanks to @nixsy30 for hash tagging us in this one.

Third up we have the very cool @thosecrazyarbaughs who have been busy celebrating the last of the amazing colours that they’ve been blessed with at this time of year.  I love the look of concentration and their Little man’s face.

The final of this week’s featured favourites was hash tagged by @mama_andherlambs  .  Out on a family-friendly hike and creek walk I can’t wait for the warmer weather to roll back around so we can explore some of our waterways again.
