#pottyadventures Instagram Community Roundup Week 63

Welcome to our #pottyadventures Instagram community roundup week 63.  Each week we select our 8 favourite photos that have have used the #pottyadventures hashtag over on Instagram.  The only rule is that photos have to be outdoors and family-friendly.

Consequently, this really is the place to vanquish your Monday blues and get your fix of outdoor family fun.  Another benefit is that you’ll find a great bunch of other like-minded and inspirational families to follow on Instagram. So, do check out our featured accounts as they’re always packed with bucket list destinations and great activity ideas.  As always, all you have to do is include the hashtag #pottyadventures on your Instagram photos for a chance to be featured.

We’ve had a good week here at Potty Adventures HQ.  Despite being ridiculously busy, we still managed plenty of GetOutside time.  My running has been temporarily curtailed by my physio who only wants me to run a maximum of 3 miles every other day at present.  This is while he works on my troublesome calf, caused by my troublesome back.  So, I’ve been out plodding and battling the combined forces of the Beast from the East and Storm Emma.

We were also over in Snowdonia at the weekend.  After a busy week and weekend it was nice to slow the pace right down yesterday and take a slow, meandering family walk around Llyn Padarn.  We stopped for a hot paned (the Welsh for tea) and had a picnic on the shore next to the Lone Tree.  As if one food stop wasn’t enough, we then went and gorged ourselves on some real comfort food in nearby Pete’s Eats.  Consequently, my favourite photo from our personal collection this week is of our lakeside family time…

Four Featured Favourites

Back to the #pottyadventures Instagram community roundup and, as ever, we have an awesome collection of images. The first of our featured favourites was hashtagged by @daisythebus.  Proving that plummeting temperatures aren’t all about wrapping up warm and staying indoors, this beautiful shot from luxembourg is a real keeper!

From the cold to the positively warm, here’s @thejetsettingfamily at Arches National Park having bags of fun in and around their wonderful surroundings.  I wonder how this National Park got it’s name?

The third of this week’s featured favourites was hashtagged by @_i3eckie.  These guys have been out as a family making the very most of the snow.  I’m so glad that Mr Fox got to go along too.

Last, but cetainly not least, we have this awesome action shot hashtagged by @nandacroriz.  Great timing here really shows off the joy of outdoor play.
